Meet Leah

The Desire to Heal

Leah Baguet is the Owner of In Tune Holistic Living, LLC. She is a Yoga Therapist and Holistic Nutrition Practitioner who discovered her calling after many stressful years climbing the career ladder. With chronic sinus problems since childhood and many sinus infections as an adult, Leah began practicing yoga as recommended by her naturopathic doctor. Her practice became the welcome relief from the daily grind and supported a healthier mind-body connection. Yoga intuitively assists Leah in listening to her body. With yoga and her knowledge of nutrition to boost her system, she alleviated her sinus infections completely. Her educational and personal journey as a Yoga Therapist has expanded her knowledge and capacity to offer so many healing tools to her clients: from meditation to breath therapy to group and individualized yoga therapy sessions, Leah is effecting positive change for you.

She maintains a regular meditation and yoga practice and whole-food lifestyle being a vegetarian since 1991, as well as gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free since 2003.

Leah has established Lunchtime and After Work Yoga Programs for companies. The program Leah developed for the City of Scottsdale is now funded by the City's health benefits program.

She enjoys sharing gentle yoga and Yoga Nidra meditation with residents of the local retirement community where she also worked with cancer survivors.

Leah's purpose is to guide and empower you to "Tune In to Your Healthiest Self". We are all whole and our bodies have an innate power to heal. Accepting you where you are, she will guide you based on your unique needs. Through yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, and edible education, you can tap into that power and discover a life full of healing potential, leading you to a healthier, happier, sustainable life.
