Leah Baguet is the Owner of In Tune Holistic Living, LLC. She is a Holistic Nutrition Practitioner and Yoga Teacher who discovered her calling after many years of running the 9-to-5 routine with a life that offered little pleasure and much stress. After years of chronic sinus infections and upon the recommendation of her naturopathic doctor, Leah began practicing yoga. It was the discovery of yoga that sparked the enlightening journey to her true self. Her practice became the welcome relief from the daily rigmarole and supported a healthier mind-body connection. Yoga intuitively assists Leah in listening to her body. With yoga and her knowledge of nutrition to boost her system, she alleviated her sinus infections to the point of complete relief.
Leah has over 20 years of experience in health and wellness industry. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2011 with additional training in Yin Yoga, Yogic Energy Anatomy, Modified Poses, Props & Principles, and Polarity. She also studied Insight Yoga with Sarah Powers in 2012. Leah completed Southwest Institute of Healing Arts 200-hour Holistic Nutrition Specialist Program in 2013, as well as her Processed-Free America Facilitator Certification with Dee McCaffrey. She maintains a regular yoga practice and whole-food lifestyle where she has been a vegetarian for over 25 years, as well as gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free for over 10 years. Leah has also established Lunchtime and After Work Yoga Programs for companies. The program Leah developed for the City of Scottsale is now funded by the City's health benefits program.
